Ah, an awesome spin wheel event again....LOL! But it started off ok, i got me a dragon, ofc Mummy which i have already (having no expectations at all that i'll get the one dragon i'm missing, Aquamarine) but at least the 24 hour evolving can give a few bombs for mining, so a free useful failure - that's not so bad!:)

Interesting, when I first logged in less than an hour ago, my wheel said 8 days. I was like oh cool, but now it's says 7 days. I'm assuming that was just a mistake then. An 8 day wheel would be nice though for a change.

I decided to test my theory again (you'd think I'd learned my lesson on the last wheel) about the spin odds and purchased an extra spin and got maps. I'm fully expanded on my main account, no need for those. Tried it again on second account, maps again. At least I need them there, but 30 gold for two maps? I'm done with the outrageous odds to win on the spin wheel. I could swear they used to be better, or maybe there was just more than 1 new dragon on there? Something's changed though and I'm not on board. I'll take my free spin a day, but not falling into the trap of spending extra anymore when it seems odds are definitely not in my favor to get anything except maps.

I'm constantly bewildered with this game. I thought a good sales plan included trying to retain customers? Soon I'll be driven away with lackluster wheel prizes, low spin odds, no land expansion, low breeding chances, overwhelming bombardment of new dragons, and let's not forget a habitat dilemma that's bad enough to drive you crazy. I guess I'm probably crazy for continuing to play this game. <sigh> :confused:

Another Spin 2 Win - it's always better to think of this as a slot machine rather than a real spinning wheel. Assuming you're at a high enough level where coins don't matter... there are 5 excellent prizes (the dragons), two "useful" prizes (the food) and and five "useless" prizes (coins and maps).

I only have one of the dragons which puts me in the really bad position of needing the other four. If I get a gold sale, I'm sure I'll be investing in a few pulls on the slot machine / wheel.

Well it doesn't seem to help using gold because I just spent 300 in gold trying for the aquamarine dragon and got maps food 2 mummy dragons a spirit dragon and more coins that I don't need either. you are not alone ! i am in the same situation. i ALWAYS end up getting useless maps, coins or food. i have 3 accounts and this is what i got so far:

main account: maps, coins, coins, food, food, food, maps
my gf's account: coins, coins, food, coins, maps, coins, spirit ( already had it )
my mini account: celtic ( already had it ), coins, maps, maps, coins, coins, spirit ( a new dragon for this 46th lvl account )

Well done hun!! :) yeah, I'm definitely not a fan either, it just seems like a bad way to try for new dragons. My wheel ALWAYS sticks, has been known to stop and go BACKWARDS and is extremely hard to start spinning. It's been like this from the start. I am glad you got a dragon you didn't have before :)

Me too, it seems that some players are like us who have absolutely no luck with dragons from the spin, but some who always get dragons
