Griselda Won't Show Up

I have completed the Allergic to Light quest and have put together the light sword. I've tapped on the Glimmergate 3 times once the coin pops up above it, but Griselda has not shown up to be battled. Any suggestions as to what I can do to fix this issue? Thank you in advance :)

Griselda may be an Evil Queen, but she is not without honor! She will not fight you while you are engaged in battle with another- that would not be a fair fight, so despite calling her out many times she will not come.

We went ahead and defeated the beastie that was encroaching on your kingdom. As it died, the Queen descended the stairs to the Glimmergate and entered your kingdom. Take up your Glimmer Sword, steel your nerves, and go forth to do battle against Queen Griselda!

(Please relaunch your game, then check over by your Glimmergate).
