I am done on all 4 accounts! Bonsai beaten by Glass and Athletic after losing a bunch (left heart, leviathan, usa, razorback, goodwitch and maybe others). Very pleased that my baby account with no champs won its 1st tourny without gold. The last 6 rounds were all immensely hard and I was lucky not to get stuck too long on any one.

Wow! All 4 got Bonsai. That is tremendous. A really big congratulations goes out to you Freesia.

Porcelain is very difficult and even searching past threads there is no sure winning combo. Have you tried all your blue/purples and Marshmallow and blacks?

Sometimes I use it to speed up early rounds in tournaments. I don't like to ultimate if I can avoid it. If there are 4 dragon habitats on sale I might spend gold on that.

Lol I agree the kid-free hours is when it is quiet. Oh and I had 75 gold till my son accidentally hit that stinking extra 5 I think on the mines. Ugh there really should be are you sure you want to spend 20 gold on more? So now I have 55 gold :(

Just use the dragons I posted and good luck! Sometimes it may take 1, 2, 3, or 26 dragons, lol. I hope the max for you is 4 dragons till you take Unicorn down.

You can take a look at this to see if it helps. It's a site I use to see what dragons I can use when I can't beat another dragon. Just scroll down to where it says "Search Opponent" and click the drop arrows to search for the dragon you are gong against & click win to see what dragons others use. Some might work some might not.

Shinee. For diamond dragons, i use lots of babies or just dragons that i dont use for other baytles. Do no t think that way just keep trying. I beat them this tourney and i also have no diamond dragons of my own. :)

Topaz worked for me where diamonds failed! For Porcelain, marshmallow may work too.

Oh sorry..it was a long back & forth about being stuck, yes in porcelain. I should have still added which dragon. Between rogue & por I had to battle close to 60 times. Spent gold to speed up many to try & get the upper hand. I never did on either needed to use dang ultimate on both. BUT....

Porcelain is very difficult and even searching past threads there is no sure winning combo. Have you tried all your blue/purples and Marshmallow and blacks?

I threw 20 ish dragons on him....10 about twice cause people had had success so 30 battles. I gave up...

So I've managed to save 100 gold, but am determined not to use ultimate this tourney. What do you guys use gold for if not ultimates? Food? Dragons? Bigger habitats? Just curious. It's rare I actually save this much.

I have well over 1000 gold (accidently bought gold, stupid me, was on sale tho so not that bad, plus I think TL deserves some), so I'm never worried that I don't have enough for the ulti's I need. It's not decreasing, I keep aproximately the same amount of gold, sometimes a few more, sometimes a few less.

I bought: 2 big habitats when I still was on Android, 2 nests, 1 Gold-producing dragon (on sale), 3 dragons on sale (Daisy, Quicksilver, Sparkler), Diamond Temple, 3 Champion Grounds on sale. I very rarely speed anything. Last time I sped the evolving twice for 2-4 gold, because it would have been ready when I was asleep, and I needed the bombs to make me a second Obsidian, so I could get a large black gem. Very rarely I speed up the arena in tournament, but that was only in 1 mini-tournament, because I knew I didn't have enough time to finish otherwise. Once or twice I step in a gold trap, like everyone does.
I'm doubting if I should buy the Devine dragon that's on sale now. I don't feel as attached to dragons I buy, as to dragons I actually worked for, so I don't know if I should do it.

That's about it :)

Why, yes, I should be done. But I am still on prism. So far lost mermaid and guardian. Aurora is up next. These tournaments are just consistently a struggle for me right up til the end! I am trying desperately to breed a diamond, which I know would help! Now breeding scorpion or clockwork, which are ok fails for me, as I have neither. I'll keep you posted, going to keep plugging along until I either win or bedtime comes!

ok .. here for you :) what I would say is watch how your blue/purples work. My aether didn't nor did my celestial so I just ditched them and went straight to champs .. its worked for some and not others. Arcane didn't work either ... so just try the different options and see which one gets closest .. good luck xx you can DO this :)

ok .. here for you :) what I would say is watch how your blue/purples work. My aether didn't nor did my celestial so I just ditched them and went straight to champs .. its worked for some and not others. Arcane didn't work either ... so just try the different options and see which one gets closest .. good luck xx you can DO this :)

Oh my god, oh my god!!!! Rogue FINALLY went down to infinity (on the 5th try) after just over 50 tries. Now, let's see if I can get through the last five rounds :).

Thanks sooooo much everyone for all your support and encouragement. I do have enough gold for an ultimate, but wanted to see how long it would actually take after it got to the point of being so silly.

Why, yes, I should be done. But I am still on prism. So far lost mermaid and guardian. Aurora is up next. These tournaments are just consistently a struggle for me right up til the end! I am trying desperately to breed a diamond, which I know would help! Now breeding scorpion or clockwork, which are ok fails for me, as I have neither. I'll keep you posted, going to keep plugging along until I either win or bedtime comes!

You know, if I remember correctly I tried Obsidian level 3 because of the black element while I had DA in the spa and it came close. When I got DA out it won so I didn't have to try Obsidian again to see if it could win. I hope my memory hasn't failed me on this. LOL!

Shinee. For diamond dragons, i use lots of babies or just dragons that i dont use for other baytles. Do no t think that way just keep trying. I beat them this tourney and i also have no diamond dragons of my own. :)

Just got bonsai down first try with a very big hit of magic from goodwitch!

I find it a bit hard to believe I finished after the disaster that was rogue. It definitely would not have been as easy -haha or fun without the support of everyone on this forum. As was said earlier, I don't think I would have kept at it without everyone here, so thank you all. I only have 45 dragons waiting in line for the spa, so hopefully there is no tourney for awhile :)

Just got bonsai down first try with a very big hit of magic from goodwitch!

I find it a bit hard to believe I finished after the disaster that was rogue. It definitely would not have been as easy -haha or fun without the support of everyone on this forum. As was said earlier, I don't think I would have kept at it without everyone here, so thank you all. I only have 45 dragons waiting in line for the spa, so hopefully there is no tourney for awhile :)

No champs and no peacock. :( He tried planet, space, stardust, a truckload of baby fires, and finally he got it down with Atlantis. Then with time winding down he used ultimate on the last 3 rounds. So he has now completed his first tournament, getting through 28 rounds on his own. He is happy.

I hope you celebrated with him. It feels good winning the first tournament. Congratulations to him.

Well I spent from Thursday night until the end stuck on Rogue and I was not going to ULT him just on principal. No matter what I threw at him he would not die for me even though I have beaten him before. Good luck to all those that did finish and win.

Sorry to hear you didn't win but let's hope the next one they fix it so that you only spend a certain amount of dragons on each one. HAHA!!!!!! :p Anyways good luck next tournament!
