You merely replace them with new tiles. They are not resale-able. Resale price of other items is just 10% of the original price so most tiles & wallpapers wouldn't be worth too much.

you cant resell tiles or wall paper.
you can place wallpaper or tiles on top to change the look of ur restaurant.
