Am I playing wrong!?

I just sent 20 deliveries and not one of those produced a part, an expansion deed, a land contract, paint, etc. Just coins and exp. !? Do I have to play for an entire year to save up enough parts to expand?

The only reason I have money is because I sell things in the market, but I would like to expand my farm since I'm running out of room. Help!

I had the same problem until I upgraded to latest version.

What's the latest version? I have the base Farm Story 2 and when I open the app in the Play Store, it's up to date.
