Why don't I have a Captain Pug or Toy Airplane?

One of my neighbors requested a Toy Airplane, which I of course accepted but I was confused, I had never seen that object in my gifts, so I looked at her shop to see what it was for, Captain Pug, I do not have that one available in my pets. Anyone have an idea why??

The Captain Pug and Model Plane part were only available to be unlocked for a limited time in the Labor Day Seasonal version of Pet Shop Story. This seasonal version is no longer available on Google Play. Unfortunately, we cannot speculate if it will be available again in the future. Sorry for the inconvenience.
