Does anyone know where to craft these cookies?

I can't figure out where to get one of the items for the hot air balloon trade in the next four hours :confused: They look like cookies? They must be from a building I don't have yet, does anyone know which one?

So does the balloon guy often ask for trades from areas that haven't been unlocked? I've never seen those cookies in the market. Are the trades the same for all players each day?

I think someone mentioned in the balloon thread the other day that they were asked for items beyond their level. The balloon is still in beta testing, hopefully they will fix it.

I think of them more as truffle wafers, as they are used to make truffle entrees. :)
