I want to thank everyone involved in getting my storm8 ID transferred to a new device. I didn't have a password setup, didn't know how many friends I had, etc. But they were still able to do it. Thank you all so much! I couldn't reply to email they sent. I think the persons name was [agent name redacted], a special thank you to you.
