When I press on dogs ,butterfly's etc the gem is not going on to my gem total
It will show I got a gem but did not gem added to total
Hard to get gems ..... But not added to total is very frustrating .
Can anyone help as this has been going on for a week or so that I've noticed

The gem total increases as you swipe the bucket, so when the gem flies up to be collected you will not see the total increase again because it already has increased.

If this is a consistent issue for you, perhaps you can screen shots and take note of your gems before and after you collect from pets and send to TL. Hope this helps.

What ciarjen said is true. If you think there might be an issue, we recommend getting a screenshot so we can take a look.

Click on the last 3rd icon in the reply box, you will get the screen as below. Click computer and choose your pic from existing and click upload file(s).
