I like the Hydrangea Hedge. It looks like a skittles bush! :D Since faeries like sweets, I think placing many around my faerie area would be a good peace offering. :)

It is not useful for me, but I think it's a nice idea to provide walls, gates and towers that actually match the Queens's Court. Right now these items only match the King's Keep.

It IS a very nice idea. Which is why it is a shame that the new Queen's Court walls are architecturally the same as the walls that match the King's Keep. They just altered the colors a bit, and added brackets. And I guess the walls look more stucco than stone now. Really, they only match the Queen's Court in color. The architecture of the new "Queen's" walls do not match the architecture of the Queen's Court. They still match the King's Keep.

I would have loved to have seen a wall that matched architecturally, not just in color. Instead of the crenellations that are exactly the same as the original (KK) "Wall", it could have topped it with a draping, vine-like version of the flowering greenery that climbs up the sides of the Queen's Keep. Or, even better, it could have thrown out the entire KK-matching wall shape and replaced it with one that had Tudor style wood-on-stucco patterns like parts of the QC, and was more slender and elegant like the QC. And instead of the same exact "new" tower shape, it could have been something that emulates the cup-shaped balconies on the QC. Or at least has that fancifully sloped cone roof as the QC. Those are just off the top of my head. There was SO much opportunity there, to give us something new. The way the Peony Fence was actually new. This doesn't feel new at ALL to me. Sorry.

I have a limited time pack, and if I'm looking at it correctly, the old "new" stuff still appears under Featured, but the new stuff looks like its on sale under decorations? It looks essentially the same to me with a minor color change.

Not entirely an unrelated question because it came up when I was installing a few hedges...will the quest to craft the sunflower/rose arch come up to those who were not eligible back when they arrived? Or was that one timed and now they are gem only in store?

thanks for "build as many walls as you want". New floral hedge looks nice, peony fence too, I miss rose hedge. So I had to buy sunflower arch and hedges :)
I've just finished expansions, so one more reason to rebuild kingdom.

Yes, it's very confusing as to what will end up being craftable in the future for us lower level players. We should be getting the team Lila or azalea after Blythewood 3 where a lot of the decorations can be crafted.
And then all the newer fancy fairy stuff will be craftable during the mad tea party questline.
Those little boxes, whether they appear or not in the market under an item, are rather deceptive.

As for me, I really like going wall-less:)

I'm glad that the wall limit has been lifted and I really like the new hedges. But why does the queens walls have to cost gems? If anything, it should be the queens gate costing gems, not the walls. I find it a waste of gems to buy walls; would must rather spend my gems on a building or mithril dragon. I guess I'll just stick to crafting pink walls in my love shack since they match my queen castle better than the regular walls.

For my kingdom I'm great on walls and hedges. As a level 50+ player I don't have the room for more decorations. What happened to the returning friend? Don't take the next question out of context please. Where the original game designers guys and now been taken over by female designers? It's just noticeable to me if that is how things are with the current graphics. I don't mind decorations if I had extra room. There are still things in storage I would love to use if there where space.

What an absolute weak update. Yes, I can spend my 7 odd million coins on walls. Woop dee doo. The August update had a teaser for September about someone returning and we are now almost into the second week and get walls!

In relation to the return of someone, everyone is speculating and hoping for Kaz. I wish for Bellandonna. It has been over 3 months and evil Griselda is still stringing me along. Maybe Belladonna could make an appearance and cast a spell on Griselda, as obviously, ivy is not very good at potion/crafting lessons.

Back on topic - the cost between the "queen" wall and the normal walls is out of proportion. Yes, I have 7 mill, however, it's like asking me to pay 10 times over the amount for the new house I want, when I can buy the one next door and just put paint over the decor.

If I was totally going to renovate, then yes, money well spent, however, if I'm just changing the colour of the skirting boards, not well spent. Money stays in the bank for me.

This may just be me, but TeamLava, I really suggest you include the note about the permanent wall cap lift on the first thread! I just think everyone has been asking for SO LONG about this and is is such great news, but it's kind of buried at the end of the thread so if people aren't as interested in the new wall (which I wasn't at first because of the limit) they are n't going to catch that the new wall is really just a bonus - as far as I'm concerned, the wall limit update is the big update!

No, there is no quest, but sometimes it is good to see TL institute a change that people have been begging for, and to stop and smell the Hydrangeas!

I had started a few walls when I began playing but when I hit the wall limit, I figured why bother. I loved the peony fence, but again, ran into the wall before I was done building what I had envisioned, so I bought what I could at the time, hoping for a new Level increase that might allow us to increase walls.

Being a multimillionaire for the only time in my life, I enjoyed dismantling much of my kingdom yesterday, surrounding it with the peony fence, then replacing much of that with the hydrangea fence. I don't need the fences. I need more room. But I sure enjoyed going on a mad spending spree, and finally getting around to Spring cleaning in September, which is very close to how I do things in real life, minus the money to go on a spending spree.

I know that many will disagree with me because that is a CS given, but I found this update refreshing and delightful. I got to throw my money around and to store stuff that I have been needing to het out of my way. Except for a slight relocation folks I kept the doggies and the maze, so my neighbors who like those features will recognize part of my kingdom, but it seems that I move my cattle herd about once a year, good for the grass ya know, and it was about roundup time.

So thanks TL, for the update. Sorry that some of you will get nothing of value from it. For once in recent months I did get some value in it, if nothing more than watching the disappointment from those who saw nothing pop up in their quest books. This is what it is like much of the time when you both reach Level 50 and catch up with everything, and they don't necessarily happen at the same time. it depends more upon playing style than Level. But this is a taste of what many of the updates are like for those of us who are at the furthest reaches of the game.

Of course for me, having all of those coins and nothing fun to spend them on for such a long time, this was an awesome update! And consider the possibilities! With no wall limits, we could have walls of bones for Halloween! And walls of hearts for Valentine's Day, usually a festive CS holiday! This gives TL a chance to please those of us who are overloaded with coins, while giving those who are still using their money for things they need in the game right now, something to look forward to in the future!

So if this seems like a lame update now to some folks, it probably is, just as some of the updates you enjoy greatly are lame to me and some others who are far past having a need for the rewards. It depends on where you are in the game, your playing style, and priorities, and what you want or need or don't want or need, when any of us evaluate the usefulness of an update.

To me this is the most amusing and useful update I have seen in months. To others it makes no sense at all. Even for me, I did a double take, because I am not a wall person, I am a walkway person. But the hydrangeas caught my eye and I always loved the peony fence, and I like freaking my husband out by telling him I spent over a million dollars yesterday for fencing!

Since there is no need to wait for a rare drop this week, there is little chance, although anything is possible, but there is little chance that this update will be extended because people are waiting for a wall to drop. It is likely we will get a new quest next week that will thrill the players who are puzzled by this one.

It is good practice for those who are rushing to reach Level 50. You don't get anything special for reaching the highest Level. You simply stop moving upward and your neighbors stop leaving balloons on your wall and announcing that you just leveled up ;)

I for one am grateful to you TL for releasing this update that while we got nothing in our Quest Books and no chance to win a few gems, you gave us a much requested item from the polls and in the Suggestions. This proves to me, someone who was losing hope, that TL is not only listening to us, but on occasion giving us what we ask for!

True, not everyone asked to drop the wall limit. I am not sure if I did, or I simple accepted the limit as unchangeable and moved on. But I sure enjoyed putting up my Under Construction signs yesterday, and spending like a madwoman! And before someone says it, I will admit I am easily amused!

I think this was a very nice update with fresh walls and a bonus starter pack to boost! Although I agree the Queen's walls should have been more unique from the original ones. I bought a few just in case a later quest required it! I liked the new floral walls the best... now I only wish I was at level 30 so I could have a nice sunflower arch etc!! (I'm at 27.5)

The "problem" is that there are at least two different types of players, those who build pretty kingdoms and those who build umpteen of the highest revenue buildings or whatever the goal demands at the moment. I remember visiting kingdoms with 13 or 14 windmills. Just my personal opinion, but I think they limit space instead of limiting ALL buildings and not just the unique and crafting buildings.

Well, if we had MORE SPACE then we could make all the players happy. The ones that want a pretty kingdom with all the stuff they need in there can do it... and the MEGA BUILDERS would have enough room so that when I have to click on their hearts... I can click on them. Many times I get frustrated when i try to click on hearts and can't reach them.

Also, when you reach level 50+++ you get bored quickly with nothing to do once you are done with challenges. So, walls and decorations becomes a fun way to pass time...

To me giving me more walls, walls galore and no room to put them is pure torture ;-)

I love that the wall cap has been lifted and I love that there was a sale on all the walls and arches. I bought myself a whole heap of flowery goodness. I don't have room right now to put newly acquired walls and arches out, I still have thirteen plots to expand to, **** those expansion permits >.< but I look forward to the day when I can decorate as I please and pull all these beautiful items out of storage. I love this update, it was unexpected and much appreciated, so thanks.

I agree, i actually dusted off some of my hard earned gems and got busy building walls...400 gems later Im really happy with the outcome. I for one dont really care about the quests, i just want my kingdom to look like a princess should live there. Trolls, animals that look like turkeys, bat caves, ugly new buildings..all in storage, i dont like them at all. Im hoping to see more attractive decorations and buildings in the future.

Except for a slight relocation folks I kept the doggies and the maze, so my neighbors who like those features will recognize part of my kingdom, but it seems that I move my cattle herd about once a year, good for the grass ya know, and it was about roundup time.

So thanks TL, for the update. Sorry that some of you will get nothing of value from it. For once in recent months I did get some value in it, if nothing more than watching the disappointment from those who saw nothing pop up in their quest books. This is what it is like much of the time when you both reach Level 50 and catch up with everything, and they don't necessarily happen at the same time. it depends more upon playing style than Level. But this is a taste of what many of the updates are like for those of us who are at the furthest reaches of the game.

Of course for me, having all of those coins and nothing fun to spend them on for such a long time, this was an awesome update! And consider the possibilities! With no wall limits, we could have walls of bones for Halloween! And walls of hearts for Valentine's Day, usually a festive CS holiday! This gives TL a chance to please those of us who are overloaded with coins, while giving those who are still using their money for things they need in the game right now, something to look forward to in the future!

So if this seems like a lame update now to some folks, it probably is, just as some of the updates you enjoy greatly are lame to me and some others who are far past having a need for the rewards. It depends on where you are in the game, your playing style, and priorities, and what you want or need or don't want or need, when any of us evaluate the usefulness of an update.

To me this is the most amusing and useful update I have seen in months. To others it makes no sense at all. Even for me, I did a double take, because I am not a wall person, I am a walkway person. But the hydrangeas caught my eye and I always loved the peony fence, and I like freaking my husband out by telling him I spent over a million dollars yesterday for fencing!

Since there is no need to wait for a rare drop this week, there is little chance, although anything is possible, but there is little chance that this update will be extended because people are waiting for a wall to drop. It is likely we will get a new quest next week that will thrill the players who are puzzled by this one.

It is good practice for those who are rushing to reach Level 50. You don't get anything special for reaching the highest Level. You simply stop moving upward and your neighbors stop leaving balloons on your wall and announcing that you just leveled up ;)

I for one am grateful to you TL for releasing this update that while we got nothing in our Quest Books and no chance to win a few gems, you gave us a much requested item from the polls and in the Suggestions. This proves to me, someone who was losing hope, that TL is not only listening to us, but on occasion giving us what we ask for!

True, not everyone asked to drop the wall limit. I am not sure if I did, or I simple accepted the limit as unchangeable and moved on. But I sure enjoyed putting up my Under Construction signs yesterday, and spending like a madwoman! And before someone says it, I will admit I am easily amused!

Kooky--I don't know where to turn to get back my 40 tiger skins the game took from me--no where to be found--??? I was building a new building --very frustrating--it took weeks to get that many and I needed 70. If I can get my skins back I want to delete the building . Thx for your attention to this matter (if I can't get skins back etc)��

Can you tell me what goal you're on and what's in your book. A sync error cannot cause you to lose that many. If you could provide some more details about what you were doing that would be helpful. Also, do you play multi devices?

I'm guessing you really mean the item called 'fur'... ;)
