I wondered what for you is your most used building?
For me it's a toss up between the castle and the kitchens.
I have the kitchens running pretty much 24/7 leaving the 4 and 6 hour recipes for sleep time and as soon as the knights are back I pretty much send them right back out again. Of course they usually get a 2 hour break as their day is 22 hours.
I'm such a slave labour leader. Lol.
