It seems to take FOREVER to make expansion permits, and some expansions require 5 of them. They are so expensive too.
Also, instead of random plants, can we specify what plats to make for ivy's sister? I have 20 flowers that I only need one of, and 6 of be that I need 10 for. Plus, those blue shards are so hard to get. :(
