How to expand the island further?

I'm done expanding all the islands. But i dont know how to expand further. Does anyone knows how? I saw 2 neighbors who have expanded one long aisle beside the Dawn Tree. But I cannot get an answer from them 😔

You can't expand any further. Your mine is closed. Game over ~ no more quarters ~ Sorry! But you shouldn't have expanded that last bit ~ now you lost all your chance at free food.:(

I have seen that! Very cool ~ but it was a glitch in the game and was fixed.
