Hoping I got this. I didn't want to stop my endless attempt to get a unicorn so I put a fire glider in the den with a planther. I got 16 hours and I hope it's this! If not, it's a 2nd daredevil or 3rd aurora pegasus so at least it's surely something I won't sell. :)

Kooky, this egg is from the Thunderhawk animal and not from the Eagle Beagle.. The Thunderhawk is the one who has the tiny green cristal on his neck like the egg.

Eagle Beagle is 17h, Thunderhawk is 16h

Yes really.. I've breed 16h also. It's a common but it's a new one at least :p

Yeah I guess it's good that it's something I don't have :D but for a COMMON to be 16 hours??? TL is just going too far with this one. I mean most SUPER RARES have a lower breeding time than that :/ it's going to be extremely annoying just to get the eagle beagle. Ugh.

AND I didn't even get the common. Got another daredevil. Ah well, it was worth a shot anyway and will try the old-fashioned way (only the two elements in question) as another short break from unicorn attempt and futility.

Emerald blocker. Neither a common nor a rare should be taking 16 or 17 hours. TeamLava just wanted to make sure that if players tried to go for the Emerald Dragon with a Unicorn-Beagle or Unicorn-Thunderhawk combo, that Unicorn would hang in the Garden for nearly a day without its precious ultra-rare income. All to produce the common hybrid, most likely.

Exactly what I thought the first time I saw its breeding time. It's ridiculous and outrageous. TL is slowly going down the ropes by disappointing their players with huge expenses and times.

I am with you guys, yesterday when i saw breeding time i was sure i got eagle and today, what a dissapointment. I mean 16 hours for a common? Thats just out of line. I was thinking armordillo was the worst pain in the ... but we definately got the winner this time. Not happy at all with this!

That is correct. Things got a bit scrambled yesterday. The common Thunderhawk is 16 hours and the rare Eagle Beagle is 17 hours. And although those are times we've come to expect only from super-rares, it is what it is.
Glider & Daredevil weren't exactly quickies either for that matter. Zappers will generally have longer breed/hatch times than Darkies, I think.

16 hour common fails are par for the course in Dragon Story. Makes sense it would happen here too. 20 hours for Island, 21 hours for Poison, 33 hours for Virtue...

Yay, that's actually what I was trying for instead of the Fire Glider. I guess I was so excited I got mixed up when I typed that. I'm hoping I just got the Eagle Beagle with Thunderhawk and Aurora Pegasus. 17 hours so here's hoping.

1st try with Lightning Leopard + Thunderhawk, and another 1st try with Aurora Pegasus + Fire Glider

When I tried to breed the Daredevil with the single types, Fire Glider was my only outcome so I decided to try Lightning Leopard + Armordillo, and 1st try, so now when I'm trying for a rare one, I use 2 animals one with single element and another one with 2, at least with the electric animals, I'm being lucky :)

I can totally empathize with the pain of waiting; the 16 hour breed/hatch times really test my will not to use gems for speed breeding, haha. Luckily, I got my 17 hour breed last night, woohoo. Anybody think they've got the storm sphinx yet?

When my latest unicorn fail finishes, I am going to put a leopard and panda in the den to see if I can get either the beagle or sphinx. But I'm not going to hold my breath lol.

ETA: Aaaaaaaand it's a third thunderhawk. 16 hours for a a common I already had 2 of (now it'll be 3) is SO not worth taking a break from unicorn hunting. Not gonig to do this again. Will only try it with 2 other elements so at least I have my 0.001% chance to get a unicorn, or a 1% chance to get any of the now back up to 7 rare/super-rares I am lacking. Sigh.

Yayyyyy an Eagle Beagle bun in the oven! (lvl 7 Thunderhawk + lvl 4 Firefox). So I am back down to 2 rares missing from my album, but still back up to 4 super rares missing since they added the sphinx. (And, of course, still missing the 2 ultra rares.)

My next unicorn fail will be trying fire, nature, earth and dark again. Lightning fails are WAY too long, and now I'm only missing 1 lightning. Also only missing 1 water. So the other 4 it is! ... in 16 hours 10 minutes lol.

This was my 8th consecutive attempt at the Electric-Natures since they were released last Friday. And while I've had absolutely no luck going for Storm Sphinx, at least this time it won't be another Thunderhawk.
