tools?

Anyone know how to get tools like shovels? I need a ton of them don't ever get any thru delivers. Any help is appreciated thnx

Yeah I need shovels too. Sometimes I get shovels from completing the mole collection. Or find shovels once in a blue moon in the newspaper. Hope that helps! I think shovels are the hardest to find tools around.
