Can someone tell me why my pony just stands there and doesn't walk around anymore? He is fed. Also, what is the bell for?

Wave your bucket over your pony to collect then feed it again. You need to do this every five hours.
The bell is used to bring pets back home to their pens. Not a necessity just an option.

Also make sure that nothing is blocking his path so he can roam around.

That fixed it, thanks! I didn't know you had to collect from it. He's walking over the bridge again, now. TYVM
