maximum table capacity

i always thought that having more tables in your bakery means that you can accommodate the maximum amount of customers, but now it seems i have too many tables and there are not enough customers coming in to fill up all the tables. does anyone know the ratio for max customer/table capacity so that i do not waste table space?

You'll find that 24 to 26 tables with unblocked chairs are enough to keep your rating at 100%. However, you may find it useful to have additional tables and chairs both for your restaurant's look as well as providing more tables for your neighbors' tips.
