how to play restaurant story on android netbook?

i mean its possible to play on andriod right? as i read but how do i go about to download the application and play it on andriod pc ?

please help its been a week i have not gone into my game

( ps i lost my iphone have to wait til april for my contract to end then will i be able to get a new iphone )

Im assuming your net book doesn't have Android Market?
If not, you will have to have someone with root send you the apk file and side load it.
