A map like a guide

I want to show you how i make a map that i use to remember times of refill of every building.
This map is very useful to many things, i have It printed and use it frequently.

I take multiple photos (with option in menu), and join it with a program like Photoshop, paint.net or similar. I convert the map to black and white, and a pencil filter to simplify it. After this I write the time or hours of each building...

I show the map like i have and use, i have it printed in a DIN A4, and helped me a lot of times.
