I am on level 41. I purchased the magic box with gems I used REAL money to buy! The prize inside was a grill. It said grill was in storage. It won't let me access it because it says there is no more appliances to unlock. What's up with this? Im just out the gems and don't get my prize? That's bs! I want a refund or the ultra appliance I got!

You can only have so many appliances out at any time.
Put one of your other appliances in storage, then you can put you new grill out.
(do not store with food on it, or you will lose the food).
