- high rise hotels
- zoo
- boat dock/marina
- dog park
- more restaurant options (right now theirs just Italian & Chinese)
- stadium(s) (diff for a few sports)
- golf course
- highways
- bowling alley
- go-cart track
- car wash
- more fast food options (besides MJ's)
- Pavilion or Amphitheater
- more corporate buildings
- 2 or 3 more versions of factories
...etc...



UNIQUE FEATURES:
night/day theme (according to your iPhone time zone & street lights work at night)
weather themes
more unique places (Mt. Rushmore, Sphinx, Amazon Rain forest, pyramids... ...etc...)
more unique buildings/structures (Empire State Bldg, Chrysler Bldg, popular bridges... etc...)
TRAFFIC!


LANDSCAPE!
mountains, oceans or lakes, volcanoes, desert, bridges, cactus, pine trees... ...etc...


SCALE down the COST of being able to purchase unique things like monsters, cemeteries, water parks or theme parks and make things like this more easily available!!!


Lastly...
MORE CITY $ for completing contracts... this $1 here, $1 there isn't much of an incentive to continue playing...

You can make your own race car track with Roads (try figure of 8), mechanics, petrol station, various decoration, car parks and storage units as grandstands.
