Old map / Expansion permit / Land deed ratio

This is a question about Old maps / Expansion permits / Land deeds and their drop ratio.

Is there a script at work that limits the amount of each you are allowed to get (from deliveries, newspaper) if you stock up on them enough? I currently have 136 Expansion Permits and 65 Old Maps in my barn and .... 4 land deeds. I keep getting Old Maps and Expansion permits on my deliveries and in the newspaper. Land Deeds only drop *very* rarely. At this rate I won't be able to expand for a while.

Anyone else have this problem?

Wish we could trade. I need maps but have an abundance of the other two.

Anyone know if they are planning to open a new area for expansions...sending deliveries for luau event overloaded me but I hate to give any up :).

So now I have maps but no land deeds. The ratio of drops changes!

Whatever you tend to need, the drop rate is designed to not give it to you so you will spend gems...

I noticed that at the mine also. If my train order calls for gold all I get is tons of iron and silver but when I need iron all I get is gold!
