Downloaded it and up till an hour ago I was on level 12 but I've just gone in and its on level 1-.i get 15 gold if I can get past 12 .can somebody look into this pls

Have all your games reset to level 1? Have you logged a ticket withsupport? If you have logged a ticket they could be looking at your account. When they've finished you'll get your levels back.

Only emailed support this afternoon so no, nobody was looking into this when I posted.it's bank holiday today here so wasn't sure if it was over there.strange how the level reset (I d/l the game last week) for no reason tho
