Battle Area/Grounds

I have gotten a new quest from the to do list to get rewards. One of them is battleground or arenas. Thing is I am at level 32 spent a fortune on this game and I can't find my battle ground. I can see the arctic bit which opens at a few levels away but that's it. In other peoples games I have seen like a roman ruin between one world/extension and beside the quest but I don't have that so I can't do battles. Can someone please help me.
