4th individual prize still missing

Tried emailing support, but have been left very unsatisfied. After 3 days, finally got them to understand that it was castle story, not the pyre dragon egg, I now get the 'uninstall, reload and restart your device' recommendation.

Is there someone here that has a better solution that might work?

Are you sure you did not get it? It does not consist of any decorative stuff, as I remember it is: 5 gems, 10.000 gold, 5 wisp lanterns and some energy (not sure if I remember the details right). In my opinion it is the best price, but just not so easily visible in storage like bonfire or caged pyrefly.

When I completed that step, I got everything except the 20 energy. I emailed support and by the next day I got an email back saying that they put two 10 energy crates in my storage. Looked, and sure enough there they were.

Don't recall any energy at that point. But thanks for pointing out that it isn't a bundle.
