I level up but the new dishes aren't unlocked

I'm in level 17 already and the dishes that appear as "unlocked" when I leveled up are not unlocked.
I god bored of cooking always the same dishes.
Can I reinstall the game and continue my story?

But none of them appeared

The recipes you unlocked are probably in the other appliances section. When you buy appliances, stoves aren't the only options. You can also get ovens and grills.

Yes, it could be your appliances. The stoves, ovens and grills each have their own cookbook of recipes. The recipes you are looking for might be on an appliance that you dont have. You can have any mix of appliances, up to the number that your level allows. So if you are allowed to have 6 appliances, you can have 6 stoves, 6 ovens and 6 grills, but can only have 6 appliances of any mix on the floor at one time. Dont sell appliances, just store them for later use. Just make sure you dont have any food cooking when you store your appliance.
