Its a new box/chest. Not in tab yet. Usually in about 10 mins x
New box and a new super cute hippie girl outfit for 11 hours. I opened the box once, got a 3rd place jewelry display. Pretty cute. Ill post a screenshot but I don't know how to make it bigger 14965

Can I point out that this entire outfit is really more 60's and not 70's? The hippy look was dead by 1974, it's big time look was in '67 through '70. It did become a bit commercialized in the early 70's, so I guess it CAN be 70's. But I think of classic fringed vest/peace symbol as a late 60's look.
Anyway, that's just nitpicking. The catalogue is cute but has low numbers AGAIN! I'd like to see more box pics if anyone has them. I'm fairly sad that we did not get even a table or new wallpaper today outside the box. So for many people, just a catalogue today, no new d?cor at all. :(

The only prize i like are the mannequin and sofa, not worth 24gems tho. Hope some1 posts better prizes otherwise i think this 1 is a big flop!

The catalogue is hideous in my opinion! Specially the shoes!! I would like more a great pair of jeans ( wide leg) instead of two accesories. Not worth the 11 hrs.
And the box, this week not gambling on it, the 3rd and 4th prizesare not fot 24 gems, so I pass.

I had 630 gems and now only have about 140 left and all I kept getting is the sofa, lamp, peace fingers, table and the mannequin, oh yes and the floor lamp. I would have hoped to have got a 1st or 2nd prize spending gems like that. Not a great update.

Wow thats alot of gems! I would be very upset if i didnt get atleast 2nd after that amount.

I got 1st prize and it's a disco dancing display, it's in my boutique. Sorry I don't know how to put photos up here. So with the outfit at 44 gems out of my 630gems I now have 11 left and yes when gems are on sale I buy some as well as the clothes. Not a happy camper this morning TL.

The catalogue is just hideous, I'd prefer a hippie dress with a flower crown or something like that.The box items I've seen here are hideous too. So nothing new for me this week.:(

I like this one ok too, and I think the hippie Trio is the BEST item I this box by a million miles. If it had been an LTO this week for 30 to 40 ish gems I might even have gotten it. But I won't play a box with horrible 3rd and 4th prizes for a slim chance at it. The Disco Dancing/Saturday Night fever display is cute too, but again, not worth trying this box for me. Well, the only box I've ever tried was the Lavender one.
I am not loving the outfit either, though I DO like the tie-dyed bag for some color. Other than that, this update has nothing for me either. :( Ah well, maybe next week.

Thank you very much. And yes the trio is definitely the best item. Really dont fancy trying again tho to end up with ridiculous lamp or peace fingers!
I like the two 2nd prizes better than 1st prize. Bummer have to wait a week now for an update ��

So I guess the 50s theme is dead. Too bad it was a great. It looks like the second place prizes are the only good items in the box. I wish the mannequin had a beautiful afro, but once again it's a blonde. The catalog doesn't strike me as very seventies, but I like the necklace and maybe the moccasins. This week's update is kinda lame, but I hope TL redeems themselves next week.

Wow, I like the trio display! It's simple but interesting. The other second place prize is good too. Too bad it's not worth the gems to get them. :/
Totally skipped over a classy, feminine, chic, Mod, Baby Boomer 1960s theme :( The 70s theme doesn't really appeal to me and I am super dissapointed!
The box has okay items but the lower place prizes are definitely not worth 24 gems. Hippie Trio, the Disco Display and Peace and Love are the only things that strike me.
Now the catalog... Where are the glamorous Paisley dresses? The groovy wooden clogs? The stylish head wraps? The ultra cute flower crowns? I am dissapointed by it all. Fringe is fine, the dye is fine but to use the peace sign again? We already have the Peace Tank from Keep It Casual and the Harmony Necklace from Southern Belle.
Also, what about hairstyles???? No cute braids? Boho waterfall hair? Messy pushed-over-to-one-side hair? Pig tails? The low ponytail? *sighs* :(

No more seasonal themes please. No more spring, summer, autumn and winter themes. I want actual themes that revolve around different styles, like back to the past theme we've been having the past three weeks.

Aww, see I'm just the opposite. I'm much more likely to buy seasonal and holiday items than style based themes (unless it's cities like Paris or New York). Hopefully TL will make stuff for both of us! :)

Sorry but no seasonal themes would be lame.I want new swimsuits and sandals in summer and new coats and boots in winter. But I want themes too.Both is the best.
But not again a Paris or New York themes, there are many other cities in the world not only those two. I'd love to see the Grecian theme, there are so much things they could add.

Boring box only updates! I'm so glad that I bought the LTO last week. XD I'll like to see more themes, whether seasonal or not. More new themes please, enough of the retro themes. How about a Egyptian theme please? The Egyptian theme we got in rs was great, though I'm not sure how it will turn out in fashion. =/
Since Halloween will be the only month I'll be able to get Lolita, Gothic, Gothic Lolita, Steampunk, etc I hope this October we'll get to see just that. I'm sure others will agree that they also want the above. Also, since everyone is so stuck on seasonal themes, how about a combination of season and non-seasonal? Pin up galore mixed with summer swimwear, casino glamour mixed with winter (think faux fur shawls, ankle length slip dresses, glittering gowns in soft colors), a Mod theme during the spring, etc.
Also, aren't the (over) ten summer catalogs enough? However, I do want new winter themed items, we soooooo lack those.

Im definitely on board for some lolita, gothic and steampunk. I agree with andromedablack, both seasonal and different themes would be best, and most fair! And 10 outfits for a full summer, for a woman!! No definitely not enough!

I agree the only purpose it serves is to give newer players d?cor for the seasons. I don't mind a couple new per season but seriously I have played sooooo long now I can decorate my fully expanded shop to the nines for holidays, not bragging sorry just fact.
Be nice for most players that have played the same length time for me almost 3 yrs. are most likely high level players to have just high lvl items available at these times i.e. Christmas and the higher lvl items have NOTHING to do with the actual season.

Every month, in so many games, there are box only updates. Why the surprise still? We know the m.o. by now.
Regarding this box, its trash aside from the funky designed one with the girls. Its almost 3d, tres cool. The 1st place? I dont want no john travolta reject in my shop! And im sick of couches. Id throw a fit if i spent 24 gems and got a lava lamp. No mam pam.

A sexy, yet modest pin up with the one piece they wore back then, but is hugely in style now would have been stellar. In a red or black polka dot! Halloween is blah because i put much efffort in that corner for it and then,have to keep it empty to sell it,out. As i dont like non seasonal things laying around. But if they play nice and give me that spider silk display again, ill show my appreciation and purchase two of them.
Just dont give us those oogly plain useless displays like the one from last year. With the girls wearing walmart white and the headstones? Gross.
