can't buy gems

I have been trying to buy gems. It gets to the page to select number...then it takes me to the choose money or Amazon coins...I try to touch pay but does nothing further. If this issue isn't fixed in about the next half hour....lava is going to lose a 13 dollar purchase. I want to finish my last recipe to complete the goal.
