Gem Question (Not what you think)

I was wondering if when you use gems to expand your farm can you just buy the highest expansion you can get for your level, without going through the hassle of buying them square by square, in order.

Someone Must know, I don't want to waste money on gems if I can't skip a couple of expansion levels. Please answer :(

Unfortunately u cant, i expanded by gems 3 lvls in the beginning, didnt know storm id was easy to get! Its impossible to skip, must go step by step , hope it helps
