The Mine (Android)

I've just expanded to the mine and it doesn't let me do anything is boarded up and just says something about getting gold and silver from there. I'm level 20 I think if it matters but it doesn't say anything about a minimum level like the train or the beehive does. Am I missing something or is there a goal at a certain level that I need to activate first? Or is it like the treehouse and unavailable on Android.

It's ok, there was an extra piece of land to buy before I reached it and I didn't realise.

The same thing happened to me (I play on my Android Phone), and then today I turned Level 22 and now I can unlock it, but it requires the following:

8 (green map looking things), 8 (paper on top of manilla envelope looking things), 8000 coins, 8 (document looking things).

Oh joy!! Why can't they just give us some free land once in awhile????
