I saw this in all games but Why I can't download it and saw they say in my App Store don't have it:(

Make sure your device's region matches the region you are on in the App Store. If these are different, you may get promotions for apps you're not able to download.

Is there an actual reward associated with Cupcake Mania? I'm seeing in game promotions for the game but no mention so far of a goal / reward for downloading it.

If your iOS the reward area is blank... After you download the game you get another unrelated goal to buy decor in which then you get 30 gold

I got quest to download this game in my DS

I started a bug thread on this but I believe There's two different issues. One is the game not showing on the app store, which kooky explained, but the other is that the quest keeps popping and disappearing.
