Pieces needed to accomplish goal are locked

I'm super confused right now.

I was trying to work through the goals and I got to the Take A Sweet Seat goal. I bought the chairs but then when I went to buy the tables...they were locked. I said okay, and moved on to a different goal, The Secret Ingredient. I paid the 40,000 coins for the sugar and then when I went to buy the sweet cupcake tree....it too was locked.

I don't understand. How am I supposed to complete the goal if I can't get the parts?:confused:

Hi there!

You'll need to complete the quest "A Bitter Loser" to unlock the SweetCo Tables.

To unlock the Cupcake Tree, you will need to complete the quest "Proof is in the Frosting."
