Unfair loss

Hi there,
in the past weeks I have had 3 occasions in which my replay showed that I repelled an attacked, still they were counted as losses. The first 2 were close battles and I know of course that ur game is full of bugs.

Today, I found an attack though that only showed 34% and my opponent was very far from winning at the end, so I was wondering how that would happen.

Could u look into the case pls. Last attack in my log, player from dream, happened 8 hours ago.

Now they did return the SS and gold but not the crown? That isn't helpful at all! The acknowledge it was a ***** but then they don't fix it fully??

It would fair if they return the crown and not the loot. Same happen to me.

You should also get the crowns you would of won.
