Why Can't I Purchase Gems On Bakery Story

There is a new goal that started today. I want to purchase gems while there is a sale going on but when I click on gem icon it s just empty there is nothing there so I can push what amount of gems I want to buy very frustrated

If on IOS, make sure that you have updated your device to the most current apple software version.

Sorry to hear that! As with what kooky panda said, please make sure your device is up to date and your game is also updated. You can also try completely reinstalling the game on your device. Reinstalling the game will not affect your progress. Hope this helps!
