Sometimes that is the best option ... I did it on EK .. getting to the point where I should do it on Helios but just interested to see how long I take to get him down :)

yup I totally agree. I feel like that with Helios. At least you only have 10-15% chance to get him down .. I have a 35% chance and it isnt happening .. makes me feel a little frustrated so you must be absolutely seething !

I think many of us are right there with you in that thinking. You will get it! I've been stuck on 30 all day, but with 2 days left I think I will get it. I'm not as frustrated this tournament as last one though.

I ****ed Immortal (round 25) with epic Lotus! Two bashes & one magic.

I feel so stupid for waiting this long to use my Lotus - it ****ed Emerald Knight in round 20. I underestimate him.

I lost 13 times: Water 10, Atlantis 10, Soccer 9, Winter 7 twice, Guardian 7 twice, Magic 10, Fire 10, Kitsune 9, Aether 10, Razorback 10 & Pyramid 10. I was getting close with the champs & Pyramid that I knew I needed some black magic.

As reported before, the winners of round 25 from the forum are: Soccer, Atlantis, Goodwitch, Guardian, Magic, Iridescent, Kitsune, Winter, Immortal, Spellthorn, Black Knight, Peacock & Lotus.

For those still on round 30, if you are feeling like a challenge, try Fire. I have it listed as a winner from this forum but I don't read any of you trying it. If it doesn't work, no loss. Good luck - hope to be there soon :)

Well I am still on rd 26 it has now defeated guardian, jade, Bronzetalon and usa, along with all the others think 12-13 losses now, I will give it 3 more tries and then I might use ultimate none of the dragons are even close to beating him, I have some babies to throw at it, but my line up at the spa is getting really long and I still need some really good dragons to get me thru the last 4 rounds

My results arent that useful, i'm doing most battles with angelfire, if he fails i trow in diamond.. Most of the time they do the job. In doto I keep throwing in the chamos, in ikkeeeeeeeee if these two dont do it i start withe the superrares like atlantis

Have you got any Light dragons, like Light, Fuzzy, Laserlight, White Chocolate, Hypnotic, etc.... I used Hypnotic on both DA and BD. Good luck you're almost done!

I'm stuck in round 24 almost all day use gold to ultimate Gold Dragon loss two day trying to beat him because don't have a lots of gold but this Helios he beat up Angel Fire, Guardian, etc don't want to quit but I don't know what Dragon can use to beat up that mean Helios😢 so ... I finished a few hours ago! Had to ultimate a few rounds against the champions and diamond hybrids near the end because I don't have any (except for a lvl 3 Guardian) and was running out of time. I defeated the Avenging with my epic Fire on the first try. I was so surprised! Spent more gold on this tournament than I wanted, but I finished! Trying to build up my champion arsenal for the next tournament. ;) Congrats to all who finished and thanks to all the lovely people on this forum for the suggestions and just plain friendliness. :)

Glad you finished the tournament I finished it with 5 minutes to spare had to use ultimate on the final battle I ended spending 66 gold between my ult. And speeding today not to bad, lost 67 battles that is a record for me,

That was a tough, close and lucky battle.

Tough because I usually have a few days to spare, but this one too much longer because some diamond and champion dragons took days to defeat.
Close because I only had 6 minutes to spare before the tournament ended.
Lucky because I was expecting to have to use Ultimate for the third attack on the Avenging dragon, but it was unexpectedly died on the second attack (just like cheriesrealm, I also used Fire).

I can usually beat these 6 day tournaments without any diamond dragons or ultimates, with two days to spare, but this time I had to use 1 ultimate despite finally getting a diamond dragon.

You did so well for not having diamonds, I have lots of diamond hybrids and still was not good, at first I didn't really care if I got this dragon since it was a rare and not a super rare, but as I was having to battle over and over again during this tournament I thought perhaps this dragon is going to be the "kick all dragons" gladiator of the battle arena of all times, since he seemed so hard to obtain, only time will tell how good he will be

I'm very proud you made it that far! I believe the next tournament you will sail through. This was my tournament to shine and I have NO Diamonds at all and there are dragons I got down with tiny supers or rares. It would be nice to have a Diamond or it's fellow hybrids but I will continue to battle with the help here I get from lovely people and their tips! LOL exactly. Heck, I waited for three days so I wouldn't collect any unnecessary maces since I had the Guardian. Definitely am not going to create a long line for the spa just for orbs. lol

A mini tourney on Friday would be consistent with the recent schedule. They might start another world event tomorrow (this would be a four week interval just like last time) or the following Tuesday (this would be a five week interval which was the pattern the two times prior to last time).
