I did try deep and it did not work. But then it is quite random as we do not know what color really works.
Even Champion Breeds vary in performance against certain colors. Since Aphrodite has pink in it too, dark colors might work well.

Championship dragons.
Everything has a small chance 10% I think.
Scorpion, Magic, Water, Champion, Passion, new lvl 1 dragon of any breed, have all worked before
I know it is frustrating ..and expensive to use gold.

sometimes nothing works for a while, so take a small break or switch off and restart your phone, just to prod the software to improve your odds.

Ok. I lost Deep, Valkyrie, and Night Elf too. So I looked at the battle calculator...
It lists Jade as a 35% chance at winning (all levels)
And then 25% chance for lotus, night elf, raven, gold type dragons, champion type dragons, black diamond, soccer, and USA dragons. Also Onyx and Big Bad.
I didn't have Jade and I had tried other types, so I tried Midas.

I am stuck on Emerald Knight. I am at a loss on what to try next. I have lost Fire 10, Aether 10, Soccer 7, Pyramid 10, Light 10, Metal 9, Water 10 and Fruitful 10. I have a baby Fire ready. Any advice welcome as my brain is turning to mush :(

Have you tried getting your Soccer to a 9? I went against EK with Soccer at a 7 and lost then I got him up to a 9 tried again and EK went down. It's worth a shot. Sorry I had not much luck either but only Soccer got him down. Good luck you can do this!

Too bad Atlantis didn't do it for you. Water and winter sometimes work too or use soccer, pyramid, passion, diamond, infinity- you know the ones. Anything can take him down it's a lot of luck.
I think I've beaten him in the past with red/green (rose) and even blue/yellow (Seabreeze). And use your babies- everything has the same odds on a level 20 champion. Good luck! :)

ARGGH, Immortal and Gold! Any suggestions please tried everything suggested so far but Soccer is only lvl 3:-(

Hi sweetie .. I share your pain .. I am stuck on EK and so is my older daughter. My younger one doesnt have a parakeet :( She has just lost her 1st round but is not fretting .. we will try things as they come :)
Good luck on Immortal freesia .. he is just a pig :( - I would go for babies if your pyramid/soccer/diamonds are healing.

Re gold let me check ..I have got him down in the past mostly with a diamond .. but Fluffles got him down once :) always worth a try - good luck..

hi yloya :) well if you have a Jade dragon use that - it has the highest option. Then its champs and treasure dragons (teh ones that use gold) - you could also try aphrodite (from the most recent world event) and troll has a good chance too.
You could also try emerald / flower / cirque / forestfire / goblin / kitsune / landworm - all of these appear to have a similar chance !

I just got to level 15, hope angelfire doesn't give me a problem like last time! Problem is I don't remember what I used to get past it last time. And I leveled up my guardian to level 9 without having him battle at all, and so far he's lost -every single- battle he's been in since I did that. :( 4 battles with iridescent later alternating between guardian and soccer and I finally took him out on the 1st try with level 7 fairy

No problem I've been there tons of times and without the support here I would have given up liked I did with the 2 tournaments before I came. I too hate waiting the hour but then you know it, it's up and the battle last at least a min or less and another hour to wait. Just you wait you will be going and my dragon has KO EK!

That one is a toughie, have you tried Soccer, Metal or Egypt? Those are the ones that should bring him down, not sure what dragons you have. Good luck took me awhile but took him down with Soccer second time.

cheriesrealm - what I try to do is alternate my main ones on champs - like soccer, pyramid and diamond - with low levels that dont need to heal fast (any level 1-3s).

I did a post earlier on about Helios - basically diamonds and more diamonds are the best but I am pretty sure Lips got him with Aphrodite !

I did a post earlier on about Helios - basically diamonds and more diamonds are the best but I am pretty sure Lips got him with Aphrodite !

'I have only ever got him down with Diamonds in the past but it has taken a few tries - Diamond, gold, mercury and infinity have the best odds .. quetzal has a much lower chance along with Avatar, quicksilver, porcelain chocolate and valentine so you could always rotate your diamonds which have the best chance with some of the other lower chance ones whilst they are healing'

If you have any of the ones I bolded then give them a try whilst your diamonds are healing !

I think I'll keep trying Aphrodite and various super rare babies until tomorrow. If I still can't beat him, I'll ultimate him (hate using so much gold).

I might try Hypnotic and White Chocolate on Dark Diamond but maybe they might work on Dark Angel too? Have no Diamonds at all and I like to defeat the odds. The last 3 seem to be really tough.

Thanks, Maizee! Good luck on Immortal. He has always seem weak to blue elements also. So try water and winter. If something comes close Reheal and use it again or try another dragon with the same colors. For instance:
I used water and he was pretty close to taking him down and then I tried Island who was also close, so the next match I chose Atlantis which took him out completely. Good luck! :)

29) Level 20 Black Diamond defeated by Epic Quetzal (I tried some non diamond dragons first, but no luck with Dream, Forestfire and Chocolate). If you have Lily, Chess or Double Rainbow; it's worth a shot.

I've beaten him a couple of times with Fuzzy myself. :)
