Social rating dropping

My social rating keeps dropping after reopening the app. How do I fix this?

I have an iPhone 5, completely updated

Your Social Rating measures how active you are in the game. It will decrease when you are not helping your Neighbors or Community players. Keeping helping your fellow Forest friends out and maintain a high Social Rating! :)
