Where is the jousting arena?

My goal book says to purchase a jousting arena, as I have completed all the goals leading up to that, but when I go into the market, it is NOT there? What's going on?

Have you finished all the goals to do with Thurston and building his house? When you click on market, are you on the buildings tab? Check special tab too.

Do you have an unbuilt building in your kingdom? Click on it the check the name that appears above the market icon. It could be you've bought it but not finished it. Also you might want to check the building section of your inventory just in case.
