You can check the market. From time to time, wheat may be available. I will put some out there for you. Otherwise, you may be able to purchase it with gems.

Wheat takes only a couple minutes to grow. Plant one, get two, plant those two, get four....and so on and so forth. But yeah, always check the newspaper stand. Wheat is always for sale. I always buy it, even while planting because I never have enough flour or pet food.
