floor and wall?

I am wanting to change the color of my restaurant but in the design tab i do not have a tile or floor icon to click on. Anyone know why? I thought maybe you had to reach a certain level but others who are below me are able to change theirs. Please help!

No, they gave you bad information. It has nothing to do with how many coins you have, there isn't a minimum requirement. If you cant change your floor or wall you might need to update your device with the most current version of RS.
