Issue upgrading new Pyre Tent

Problem: I tried to upgrade the new Pyre tent to level 3. I paid 5 gems to buy the flame flag. It took the gems but didn't give me the flag. I'm still at level 2.

It looks like you used the Flame Flag that you purchased for 5 Gems on the first time you upgraded to level 2. Now that you're on level 2, you need another one to upgrade to level 3. If you have never received the Flame Flag through collecting from the Pyre Tent and the only Flame Flag was the one you purchased, then this is the case and you already used it on the first upgrade. So you shouldn't be missing the item. :)
