Weird pizza and fried egg deliveries?

Does anyone know how to do these? Says it can be made in deli and pizza oven but i dont see option. Is there a certain level i have to get to?

You have to have the truffle forest unlocked first. You can try to find them in the market, but they're pretty expensive so I'd just cancel the orders until you can expand to the truffle forest
