Ticket Booth problem?

I purchased the ticket booth, why do you need in the ticket collection in the colkections gallery 10 different tickets, and can I only make 9 in the ticket booth?
I cannot craft the white ticket with the black diamond sign! Please fix this asap!

The Ticket Booth allows you to upgrade tickets to the next level starting with turning Level 1 Tickets into Level 2 Tickets. The Ticket Booth does not produce Level 1 Tickets. We looked over the tickets and do not see a white ticket with a black diamond symbol. The only ticket with a black diamond symbol is the blue ticket which is available in the ticket booth. Are you inquiring a different item?
