Is it me or is my star raring glitched? Each day it goes down to about 3 and 3/4 and I have to get 4 all over again? Is this a glitch or something that's supposed to happen?? Please help

What device are you playing on?

Also how much do you tip/water? If you are only doing a few people per day, you will not stay on level 4.
I tip/water around 30-40 nbrs per day and have never dropped.
