At what level do we get the mine?

Hello everyone. Can someone tell me if there is a goal I need to complete to get the mine? I thought that I would get it at level 40, but I'm almost to level 41 and still dont have the mine. Thanks.

I know this may be a silly question, but are you iOS or android?

iOS will have mining feature but android wont (I don't think, please forgive me if I'm wrong)

IOS have the mining feature, Android don't. (you are right awsumum)

If you are IOS, you unlock the mine at 2 different levels.
1st - you unlock the left side (dragon parts) at level 45 and start to receive bombs from the evolution temple.
2nd - you unlock the right side (island parts) at level 80 and start to receive dynamites from the breeding den.
