Hello, I've installed the last update and I can't even get into the game anymore. I used to have crashing problems before but at least I was able to play, now not even that. Could you help me with this?

I'm sorry to hear about this! You might want to make sure you've closed your background apps, as this may free up resources and improve performance. Have you also tried deleting and re-installing the app? This won't affect your progress as it's saved on our servers.
