322/322 dragons, how I housed everyone :)

Sorry for posting a new thread, but I noticed that most of us are having problems housing all our dragons, and I think I may have figured out a way.

Feel free to mix it up how you want, but this is how I did it

I've tried to make an inventory of my dragons but I move them around so much and I'm still getting new dragons quite often that I just didn't keep up with it. I might try again now that I'm reaching the maximum habitats allowed.

Yeah, I did think that too, but decided to post list anyway as it IS actually possible to house all dragons and a few people had dragons in storage OR werent feeling like participating in events as they couldn't fit all dragons.

I weighed up pros and cons and felt it would be better to let community know :) having said that, if anyone wants to arrange their dragons differently, go ahead!! It was only meant to be a rough guide, and only one way of fitting them all in

I AM at the limit tho, 94/94 habitats. If TL decide to put out a new set, I'm a goner!!

I think it's way too expensive. 100 gold sounds reasonable for each. I have a little over 2,000 gold and I spend it on breeding. (Excluding the gold giving dragons) And I didn't buy any of that gold I saved it all!

Wow, how do you save up so much gold? I don't buy either and am trying to save my gold, but I got in a few gold traps, like accidentally buying mining bombs and accidentally speeding up things. :(

Very impressive, and it shows me something

The excuse that too many dragons on the board causes memory issues with animations, is well, false. It might be true on older devices. But a "disable animations" button would fix that.

And there is nothing stopping someone with an Ipad 1 from doing exactly what you did.

I did also notice... NO INFINITY??? NO DIAMOND???

So, the only reason not to give more habitats is they want us to buy the 4 (gold only) ones. I just wish they would be honest about it.

52 upgraded habitats. At retail prices, that's 52x500 = 26000 gold.

At none sale prices, that's 8.9 (let's say 9 ) mountains of gold. At 99.99 each USD, that's $899.

Not very reasonable for a game, if you ask me.

Let's assume you got them all at the 200gold sale price, and bought mountains of gold at the discount 69.99

That's still 3.5 mountains, for a total of $245. More reasonable? Yes. Reasonable? Not even close to pay that just to house what you likely paid to speed breed.

I didn't buy them all at once (obviously!) it was over 2 years, so I guess any game still holding my interest after 2 years has to be doing something right :)

I came for the dragons, I stayed for the friends I've made (dragons are second, but still fun!)

Mind you, when you put the figures like that, it's SCARY O.O

No it's not cheap :( you are right, but I get gold every sale (even if its just a small amount) and 30 gold from treasure dragons every day. My poor infinity is the first to get bundled off to stable to make room when needed, as I can't breed with him, then diamond next as the habitat holds only 1 (which should really change, but probably won't):( then I shuffle!

I do have dragons in habitats that I normally wouldn't have them (diamond hybrids in coloured habitats) but I would rather house them all, so their protests are ignored :)

The list is how I managed to house all dragons, and if anyone has a different way (or better way) i would love to know :) it's only meant to be a rough guide :)

I know your trying to help assumum, but this isn't realistic for a lot of us. A lot of those habitats you have listed are for 4 dragons. To upgrade a habitat to host 4 dragons is 500 gold apiece. That's basically 20 dollars per habitat. So your talking about spending around 800-900 dollars just to be able to place all your dragons in the island (I did the math). I am a gold buyer, but that's way too much money, I can't afford that, and I'm sure a lot of people can't either.

No it's great that you posted I'm sure those that are running out if habitats are just like you speed breeders and buy gold and also have the gold giving dragons. Which wow you get minimum 33 gold a day so each 16 days you accumulated 500 gold. With that you can buy another habitat. You have invested your gold good and that's why you are able to do that.
Hey if you have the money to buy gold that's great others buy other stuff as we'll.

No, I didn't realise I could cause offence this way! I truly don't have deep pockets either, I get about 30 gold from dragons, then I have lovely neighbours that gift me gold, I just try and save.

I also DO try to buy at gold sales, even if its just a bit.
