On the first adventure is there a specific first adventure drop?

Are you doing it for the troll quest line? If so, pelts are the items you're looking for. And usually you'll get some on each adventure.

Yes, just got a return of boar pelt and tusks. Looks like I'll have to go on a few adventures as I only got 1 pelt maxed on tusks. My cat and butter fish are difficult to come by though. May take a while.
