How to tell your chef rating on plates?

How do you tell your chef's rating for completed dishes? I know I got to executive chef for some dishes but not sure where I stand on others. Is their a way to see what level I am let's say on fruit salad?

Theres a gray progress bar below each dish when you're in the dish selection menu. There will be a number beside it indicating the rating. 4 with a fully gray bar is the highest it can go.
