Hi
I purchased gold on Saturday around 7,43am GMT. The purchase has gone through my apple ID and my credit card, but has not been applied to my dragon story account.
I logged a ticket but have had absolutely no response at all since then - please look in to this as fast as possible as basically I have paid for something and not received it !!!
If you need more details please let me know.
